I had read such great reviews on Suzanne and was sold, she was very friendly over the phone I felt confident in my decision to go ahead and book an appointment (hr long) After arriving,I called Suzanne on the phone to ask about parking I was then told over the phone she was running a little late (ok, no problem I can wait thinking that meant 10 maybe even 15mins tops) my apt was for 4:30pm I arrived at 4:20 (its good practise to arrive a little early to be considerate to any appointments following you so they are not in the position I was now put in) Flash forward, its now 5pm she has not come out to even met me or say Im sorry running really behind but will be with you shortly-nothing! Its now 5:05 and the procedure door opens so Im thinking great my turn-only to see the client she has been working on wearing her coat and her purse walk back into the procedure room and they continue to chit-chat. Now Ive been waiting for 50min it was at this point I decided to leave as she still had not even acknowledged I was there let alone apologize. I sat in that waiting the length my appointment was supposed to be and never even saw her face. Then, to my shock she never even called to explain or apologize for wasting my time. I was disappointed in the non professionalism of Suzanne. I would give zero stars if I could.

Amazing service, reasonable pricing, she does get into all the hairs which is great.

Suzanne is a kind and gentle practitioner. Very understanding of my needs. She made me feel so comfortable - explained everything! Would highly recommend going for a visit! I look fabulous now, and have renewed confidence. Jane
