I have been a patient of Dr Bhalla since before Covid. I find her and her staff incredibly kind and helpful. Dr Bhalla is incredibly skilled and explains in detail the treatment she is giving as well as the outcome while the patient is comfortable and without pain. Her practice is highly recommended.

I was referred to this clinic for a secondary root canal. The staff and Dr. Bhalla are exceptionally apt at the work they do, and provide first rate "bedside manner", taking care to explain the procedures they're doing and ensuring patient comfort.

I received a call from the receptionist who was rude and unpleasant because I had an emergency root canal done prior to my appointment with the specialist. Accused me of shopping around which is somewhat true given my situation and the pain I was in and their next dates were weeks away.. Refused to book me to have a crown put on because I did not get the root canal done there and then hung up the phone on me. Im now thinking if this is the attitude of the staff there it may be questionable of further services.

Everyone's super accomodating and understanding of my anxieties, and most importantly, they won't do a root canal if you don't need one, so you can trust them.

Dr. Bhalla was so accommodating and got me in right away as I was leaving for an overseas trip. The care I received was second to none and the whole root canal process was quick and painless. Her staff were amazing and followed up after the procedure to check in and make sure I was ok. I highly recommend them.
