We were in looking for some new equipment for our home gym and found a lot of great things at Fitness Depot. The staff were awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable.

When you spend over a thousand dollars on a piece of equipment, you expect to be able to use it for many years. Unfortunately, the LCD screen on the rower I purchased from Fitness Depot died at about the 6-year mark. I called to see if I could buy a replacement monitor, sent a few text messages with details and then the communication stopped. After a couple of months, I visited the store to enquire once again about a replacement screen. They took my name and number, and again, a month has passed with no answers. I even reached out to the manufacturer directly, and after a few emails back and forth, that communication also came to an end without any resolution. As a result of this lack of service after the sale, I purchased my next piece of equipment at another business in London.

I would like to recommend anyone who is in need of great service, guidance, and or any advise regarding proper training equipment to fitness depot. I visited their location on Bessemer Ct London a few weeks ago, and returned to purchase a home gym yesterday. I was greeted promptly, professionally, offered help, given great advice and lots of information enabling me to make an informed decision about my most recent purchase. I found Mike to be an awesome individual and his staff are polite and genuine also most of all helpful, and considerate. Outstanding service. As business owner myself I found dealing with fitness depot refreshing, honest, straight to the point very informative educational actually. A great thanks to Mike and his staff. Dean Gayle
