Got my ears pierced here today by Mandy. She did an excellent job of explaining the entire process, selecting the earrings and showing how to clean the new piercings.Thanks for your help Mandy . Your are amazing Mandy

Store is a health and safety hazard because of how tight it is. There was one staff member, TONS of people in the store. So much so you got gridlocked into standing where you were and not able to move. The one staff member had to do a piercing, the mom of the child getting her ears pierced kept saying "maybe we should come back when it's less busy" I could tell she was worried about somebody bumping into them during the process. The staff member said no no let's do it now. At that point I was already waiting at cash ready to check out, stood around waiting for a long time before realize nobody was free to come ring me through anytime soon, ended up leaving $60 worth of items on the cou ter and leaving. Not a nice experience. Not the staff members fault, she seemed very friendly. It would be nice if home office reduced the fixtures/skus in the store so customers had a better shopping/piercing experience.
