Dont recommend. It seemed like it was closed as there was no one there but we had to order off the kiosk. We waited almost an hour for our food and they forgot our sauces. Had a group of girls that walked in after us that the staff knew and not only was their order personally taken but they received their food 30 minutes earlier than we did even though we were there prior. Not only that but the staff sat with the girls for the entire time we were there (~an hour and a half) and just did nothing. The staff was rude and entitled and showed no customer service skills at all. We asked for a cup of water and the staff sitting at the booth said that they had no cups but another member from the back immediately brought him a cup of water, almost to spite us. We were then given a free water bottle after someone called him out for not having cups but were given dirty looks and were talking about right as we were sitting there. When paying almost $100 for food, this is not acceptable at all. Will be going back to BTRMLK instead as they know how to show basic human decency.

Absolutely terrible. Awful service and very disrespectful staff. Waited 45 minutes for food even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Additionally, a group of girls came in after us, got free food because they knew the guy working and got their food at least 30 minutes before us. The worker then proceeded to sit at the table with them and ignore our requests. When our food finally did come, it was cold and was missing several of the add on items we had paid extra for. My little sister wanted some water so I asked for a cup of water. The worker told me in a condescending tone they dont serve cups of water and that I would have to buy it (which is a violation of sit down restaurant bi-law). He then proceeded to bring over a cup of water for the other worker who was sitting at the table with the group of girls. This seemed like a deliberate insult as it was literally within minutes of my request. They were also making faces and snickering behind our backs. I had family from overseas visiting and thought I would take them out for a nice dinner, instead I was met with poor service, cold food and disrespect. Would not recommend and will certainly not be eating here again.
