One of the last Quiznos in London still standing and with good reason. This location is always super friendly and accommodating. They bring your food over to you while you wait and you can tell its a kind, family run business. I live across the city and Ill ride my motorbike just to eat here. Cant say enough kind things!

Terrible service. The older lady who works there (probably in her 40s, black hair, ethnic) has no courtesy. She was so rude. I placed an order online for pickup, redeemed my pita and came to pick it up. The next day my sister wanted one and downloaded the app on her phone, and I went to pick it up for her. 2 separate people, 2 separate phones, 2 separate accounts. The lady called me out in the store (with other people watching) telling me Im not allowed to redeem a code twice. Like what? My sister has an anxiety disorder and did not want to go into the store. So embarrassing being called out in front of other customers for something she didnt even have the facts on. Reality check- you dont own the app, and you have absolutely no say on how people get to use it. You need better training in customer service. I will never return, and hopefully others wont either.
