Ordered naked burrito. When I asked to give little extra peppers they said they will only hive if the bowl is under weight!! Lol never heard anything like that in any burrito store. So weird. Plus they dont give salsa on the side and their sour cream is so watery!

I came with my sister the other day, it's not our first time trying Burrito Boyz but it was our first time on this branch. We waited about 25 min just for one nachos. There were 3 people in front of us on the line, and like 5-6 people after us, and all of them were served and given their food before us, even if we were before them. When we left there was one else there. When we tried the nachos (not our first time) they were horrendous. We thought that they took their time because they were frying the tortilla, but the totopos were the ones that you buy. We only buy one nachos because usually, it's a big portion for just one of us, but this time there were very few. Very disappointing. EVERYTHING on the downtown branch it's way better, don't come to this one.

Emphasized a meat and dairy allergy for one of my burritos ordered before, during and after ordering. Got the food delivered, and a few bites in, the person found out there was dairy in the burrito. Drove up to the location (defeating the purpose of delivery) because the employee wanted proof that there was dairy. I prove there's dairy and requested a new burrito and my money back for the complications/hassle. Normally, this is customary in customer service, but not here. The lady told me at first she wouldn't even remake the burrito cause there was a bite out of it, then was trying to tell me to pay for a new one to be made, then argued with me for 5 minutes about why I shouldn't get a refund. Needless to say, this was my last time ever going here and I've recommended any and all my friends to go elsewhere. This place sucks. Plus, the food was cold!
