        I called this morning for an odd fastener. They said they would order it in for me . I got a call at 4 pm that it had arrived. Great service.

        Excellent sales and service. If we have an issue they are on it. If we need something delivered to our sites, they have it out to us before the end of the day. Great products and prices. Always friendly on the phone. We have nothing negative to say! Always a pleasure to see.

        These people have no idea what they are doing! They over charge for work that they don't even do. To say that they are incompetent would be an extremely generous description. If you don't want your tools destroyed, don't take them here! It's too bad that I had to give them 1 star. They don't deserve it! If the job had been done properly in the first place and the nailing gun taken apart (which it would have been had it been properly cleaned even) it would have been clear which piece was broken since it was actually split. Your company will NEVER touch my equipment again!
