We recently put California shutters in our 3 bedrooms, not only was Alexanians the best deal we found in London but their customer service was excellent. Installed quickly, good communication to set up times/arrived on time, and they look great. We worked with Krystal and she was excellent.

Ordering went smoothly and the carpeting arrived quickly with great communication about arrival and installation. The installation by Tyson and his team member was quick and thorough and we love the look and feel of it in our bedroom. Thank you again!

We recently had new carpets installed in our stairs, hallway and bedrooms by Alexanian Carpets & Flooring. The excellent sales associate, Krystal L, and installation team were so helpful and made the whole process from start to finish easy and stress free. Beginning to end, Alexanian exceeded my expectations: from the in-store sales service with Islam to the accuracy of measurements and estimates by Tyson. The quality of the product and the workmanship of the subcontractors Ryan and Michael, I am more than delighted. Beautiful job. The floors look great, and I look forward to working with them again for my next phase of renovations. Thank you so much for making the experience more painless than I imagined.
