Dundas Flowers

Worst flowers Ive ever ordered, paid $125.00, online and what arrived looked nothing like what I ordered. They also were 100% dead within 24 hours. Save yourself the aggravation and go some where else

This is multiple times ive Ordered but only the second time ordering from Canada Flowers who sublets the orders out depending on where you live. Well they picked Dundas Flowers. Ordered a premium bouquet for Valentines Day. Never got them on Valentines day. Got them 9:30am on the 15th. Super jazzed about that, and so was my gf if you know what I mean. Then to top it off, wasn't nearly at all what I Ordered. These people are unreliable and do a poor job. Go elsewhere and tell Canada Flowers not to use Dundas Flowers for your order.

I would leave them 0 star. I had very bad experience at this place. These people are unreliable. I made an order through their website and my order never came on that day. I called them twice and listened to them lied to me all the time. I just wanted to get my money back. Go costco to get your flowers better than this place

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's BIRTHDAY and paid for them with my credit card. When they WEREN'T DELIVERED by 12 noon the shop was given a polite call asking when they would be delivered. They asked for the credit card details again and said that they would be delivered within the NEXT HOUR. I had to TELL my girlfriend that she was getting flowers delivered within the NEXT HOUR to prevent her from going out and missing the delivery, this RUINED the surprise. The flowers didn't get delivered until 5.45 pm which meant she was waiting around for another 4hours and 45 minutes, completely RUINING HER DAY ! I have used this florist before but WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN !!
