Warehouse 74

We recently used Warehouse 74 to furnish our toddlers room and a living room space. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had just moved so we weren't very familiar with our new spaces, but the staff at Warehouse 74 were patient and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and what would work in our new home. We dealt with Wes mostly, he is extremely knowledgeable, and took a real genuine interest in helping. The furniture quality exceeded our expectations when it arrived. We were lucky enough to catch their boxing day sale (30% off) so the value for the quality is by far the best we could find in the city. Everything was custom made, full wood construction and the finishes are flawless and durable. Delivery was great as well, scheduled for the next day after our pieces arrived and the delivery guys were clean, professional, on time, careful and did a great job setting up the furniture, which included a bed that had to be assembled.

We purchased a high - end beautiful chair and ottoman. We love the look of the chair and the fabric, however the day we got it home we noticed the foam in the ottoman was EXTREMLY firm, a lot firmer than the chair, we had the understanding that the foam in the ottoman would be the same as the chair and it wasn't at all. When I spoke to someone at the store, no resolution was provided as side from "I'm sorry, we can fix this, but it will cost you more money" The other disappointment we had was, a week after we had the product, I noticed the ottoman started pilling where my partners feet would rest. When I e-mailed, I was advised that this is a natural thing that happens to fabric and to buy a razer to shave the pilling off. In my opinion this is not acceptable when someone pays $3000 for a piece of furniture, I wish I was advised that this might happen then I could have taken the appropriate steps to avoid it (blanket over ottoman) or decide on a different fabric, or not to purchase the chair. Anyhow, they have beautiful products, but unfortunately, I will not shop here again after my recent experience.

My wife and I (from Windsor) stopped in to look around before Christmas. Michael Q was very friendly and willing to help us. We initially where looking at dining rooms chairs. During our visit we noticed two large pictures that we liked. We decided to think about all items. We ended up finding some chairs locally. Then I decided I was going to surprise my wife and purchase the pictures. I was travelling to Ottawa and phoned and spoke with Michael Q. We discussed me picking them up on my way back to Windsor from Ottawa. As I was going to be late or after closing time, I asked Michael if he could wait. He said he would wait for me. Thank you so much Michael for waiting 20 minutes past your closing time. Truly appreciate your customer service!! My wife loved them!!
