        Sunday March 5th 2023. We went to the circle k coz our bus - onex bus-to Toronto had a pick up from this location. I asked the employee Vijay Malik- If I can stand inside the store for few minutes until the bus comes and he made me have the luggage put out and asked me to leave as they have no policy on waiting. So I had to stand out in the cold with my luggage until the bus arrived that was 20 minutes in the cold weather. Very inhumane of him to watch someone stand and freeze. People need to be educated how to treat people and not quote policies. Never choose this location for the bus pick up. Especially in the winter.

        Please mark the date February 3 at 8:30 AM I don't know the name of the lady. I have never met anyone so rude, offensive and intimidating. She serving customers with such a hostile attitude is truly shocking.
