        This place has many issues to be improved. To summarize: 1. Car wash quality. I've used other touchless Esso car wash before at other places, but I can tell this place somehow tweaked the program so it uses least amount of water and soap. Result: terrible 2. Staff. very rude and very hard to communicate. It is ok to have language problem but please. Try to be kind to your customer. 3. Gas pump. It seems when you start pumping, for the first 5+ seconds, only air pumps in. Problem is, the machine starts charging while it is pumping air. Makes me feel scammed every time I put gas in. I am going to use other gas station even though this one is close by.
