DO NOT RENT UHAUL FROM HERE!! Worst experience we have ever had! Booked a uhaul pickup for 11:30am and got a call around 10:30am asking where we were to which we informed the person we couldn't be there until the originally booked 11:30. Then got a text at 11 asking if we would be there in 10 mins. Said no, we would be there at 11:30. Showed up at 11:30 and the open sign was still lit up but the doors were locked. Texted back the person and they said they had to leave and wouldn't be back until 1pm!! They tried to argue that we said we could be there earlier (we hadn't said that - we were driving in from our of town). Completely unacceptable and we wasted 1.5 hours waiting for them to get back since all other rental places were booked! And to top it off, even though this is a gas station, the rental didn't come with a full tank of gas. What a ripoff. Be warned before booking here!!

The worst experience. I have booked uhaul from this pickup point , but the authorized dealer was not there and the shop was completely closed. Wasted so much time there for uhaul pickup. Also very bad customer relationship.
