Ive never left a review on a business before but I was referred to this salon and could not have been more disappointed. On my original booked date, 20 minutes before my appointment I received a text saying their website had a glitch and that my appt was actually not available. Luckily, I was able to reschedule for the following week and Ive never been to a salon with less professional employees. Not one person there was friendly or welcoming. Employees were playing youtube videos loudly & being obnoxious while I was having my hair done. The young woman doing my hair didnt even introduce herself, and simply just asked what I wanted, and then continued to not do what I asked for. Everyone there just seemed miserable and like they didnt want to be there. My hair only has partial highlights on the front half, the back is completely untouched, not one single strand has colour which was shocking to notice when I got home as the stylist never even showed me the back after she was done, which now makes sense. The stylist was also rather rough, never asking if I needed anything, if temperature was comfortable etc. I also had asked for layers to be added in my hair and that I wanted to keep most of my length that Ive spent years growing out; that just didnt happen either. My hair is all the same length. Multiple other clients came in while I was having my hair done and their stylists werent even there on time. I havent had a hair cut or color in years and was really looking forward to pampering myself and getting a nice cut and color. The one thing that was done well was the blowout & styling at the end, not that it made up for the extremely poor customer service. It looked somewhat pretty from the front. I had to go elsewhere 2 days later to fix some of the brassiness, even out the highlights and add layers. They originally thought it was an at home attempt. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this salon to anyone, cheap prices or not, its not worth it.
