I am very disappointed to be writing this review. Up until recently I have been happy with the service from SMG in London Ontario. Today, I picked up my Airsense 11 and F&P Eson 2 Nasal Mask. I left with the impression from them that the $350 cost of the mask would be covered by my insurance company. Turns out, it wasn't. When I called SMG not even 2 hours after I was in their office, they advised they would not take the mask back, even though the seal to the packaging wasn't broken. Now I am out $350 for a mask that I could have gotten on Amazon Canada for $89 (EXACT SAME MASK). I know stores have policies, but sometimes there are good reasons for exceptions. I feel like they don't even care. I will not longer be recommending this place. Perhaps other locations would have been more reasonable, but I won't be going back to this one. The one star given in this review is one given as 0 stars was not an option.

This was a great experience Till I met the sales crew. And must say its all about the money and upsales any concern of how life is after you buy the CPAP is no concern to them. If there is issues don't expect any help or response. But if u need parts or accessories they are on it.
