        Thanks to working with Christina and her Healthy Essentials clinic over the past 10 years I have been able to work through rough patches in my life and also develop useful coping mechanisms to allow me to thrive instead of just survive. I cant thank our sessions enough for teaching me the strength in recognizing and addressing vulnerabilities. I am so thankful for the impact Christina has had on my life!
