        At one time in my life I didn't know where to turn but I knew I needed a change. I was recommended to FEMAP where I was exposed to group therapy and I met people like myself. The experience was humbling and enlightening. I learnd alot and at no cost. FEMAP is there to help. If your struggling I highly HIGHLY recommend reaching out. Stay strong! You've got This!
