Very poor service. It takes way too long, I've been waiting 2 weeks to get a cream made and when I call nobody seems to know what's going on or where my prescription is in the process. They don't call back and keep you on hold for a very long time when you call them, if they even answer the phone.

This apothecary went above and beyond for me with a hard to find veterinarian prescription. They made the process easy, and communicated effectively.

They take way too long to fill prescriptions. They dont call you when they are ready. Ive waited a week and a half for meds. Very unacceptable. If you can, go elsewhere!

Service has diminished over the last two years. A order used to take about 3 days. That has now gone to approximately two weeks. In the past a phone call was made to you to confirm order was ready now there is no follow up. You need to chase them down on your order. This business was very efficient two years ago until one of the owners past it has gone down hill ever since. Time to find another supplier.
