Best massage I have had in years! Jay is very communicative and actively got to know what my issues were and why I was looking for a massage before the appointment. He created a relaxing environment while still allowing for a experience that was unlike the clinical set up I had previously had in my past massage experience. I ended up having the best sleep I've had in a long time and 1 week later I am still feeling the effects. 10/10 professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Jay is taking a long and well-deserved break but has another highly qualified RMT taking care of his clients. Jay Villani Studios is a hidden oasis with a vibe that feels like being on vacation. Just entering the room conveys a sense of peace that makes it easy to accept healing from your favourite therapist. Escape for an hour (or more). You deserve this! About Jay Villani ... there are RMTs who are trained in the mechanical needs of the body and then there are those who work with genuine feeling and empathy. Jay is sincerely the most authentic, caring massage therapist I have ever had. He incorporates various modalities to suit whatever my needs are that day and his technique is superb. Whether our session is quiet or animated, relaxing or energizing, I always come away with the sense of having spent valuable time with someone who sincerely cares about my well-being, not just as a client but as a person.
