This review is for Amber and her team, if I could give more than I would. We booked with Amber a year ago and since then we are now regulars. She is definitely a super host. She was very informative and very helpful and had great suggestions on things to do in London. When we needed anything for our room Amber and her team were happy to assist. It is so nice to see great genuine customer service. They make us feel like home every time. Thank you again Amber! We appreciate you - Peter & Team SGCA

We used The Park Hotel as a base for our wedding weekend. My girls and I used the park suite for getting ready, it was perfect - lots of space, nicely decorated, very clean. The boys used a standard room for getting ready. We had tons of family book rooms at the hotel as well. Our personal experience was amazing, the hotel was very accomodating - including allowing our dogs to make a cameo appearance in the suite for photos. Every staff member was very friendly and polite. All our of family and friends that stayed in the hotel also had great experiences. highly recommend!

WIFI INTERNET SPEED HORRIBLE! Internet couldn't even load a video so I had to use cell phone data the entire stay. Speed test showed under 2mbps at busy times. Not fast enough for someone trying to do business work. Most hotels have 20 times faster internet than this. TV only had 1 of the 5 TSN channels so I couldn't watch the game I wanted. Staff were very nice but obviously management is trying to cheap out on the internet and cable bill!
