Days Inn by Wyndham London

Stayed here five years ago and gave it a 4 star, however after staying here again recently I have to update to a negative review. The room smelled horribly like cigarettes, travelling with children felt inclined to request a room change which the staff were kind enough to give. The second room smelled bad but at least not as bad as the first and not like cigarettes, the bathroom door didnt close (remained ajar) and of course couldnt be locked, there were stains on the sheets and curtains, carpet was a little sticky. Would definitely not stay here again, and highly regretted booking this time. For only a $54 difference I could have booked a much nicer hotel 6 minutes drive away. Only booked this one over the other because I had stayed here previously and liked the cleanliness and location.

Keycard kept not working and had to be replaced multiple times, cant open the outside window, had to ask for additional linens multiple times, shower kept alternating between hot and ice cold. Would not recommend
