        The hotel has a lot to speak to it. It is located in historic surroundings in downtown London, has great amenities including a restaurant, pool and conference facilities and has modern and well appointed rooms. The staff are welcoming and try to exceed your expectations for service. My only minor complaints are the shaky elevator and the limited hotel parking options during busy periods. I would definitely stay here again.
