DO NOT STAY HERE! BED BUGS! we stayed here for a weekend, everything was going great until day of check out, i was getting everything ready to leave to head to the front desk, then i then spotted 3 BED BUGS, Crawling in day light on the bed. i then proceeded to tell the front desk, they said the manager wasnt in until 9:30am as i left at 6:30am. i then called back at 10:00am and the lady who i spoke with didnt seem to care about the problem, and told me it wasnt a big concern for her. Still no call back from the manager. DISGUSTING WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, as i travel a lot to london.

I had an unfortunate situation where I needed to leave my house for a month. I picked Travel Inn mainly do to my 2 dogs. The Manager Kumar and the room attendant Christine were amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside has nothing to do with the establishment. People with dogs should have the respect to pick up after them. Or there'll be no more pet friendly accommodations.

Almost canceled our booking based on reviews but so glad we didn't! We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and a great size. The jacuzzi worked great. Old but it served its purpose. Pet friendly....but the grounds are not kept very clean. Lazy dog owners. Not the inns fault. However you think they would have a grounds crew. Nope. Clean up after your dog!! Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Great value More
