The place have a great location at the main street in London, so you can get almost everywhere. I was staying there for a couple of months and found there everything I needed. If you need an accessible suite or need a room where you need two beds, (parents and child), or care giver and person, highly suggest Suite 107, for a longer term stay to be near the hospital. It is a fully accessible studio, with modern kitchenette, and queen and single bed, ensuite fully accessible bathroom. It had basic plates and a dishwasher. From posts, there are tiers to rooms, not all bedrooms have the same facilities, so ask before you book. Not all all rooms are the same vintage or look. Can have a cheap rate for shared washroom in the hall, or spend more and have ensuite. This is perfect if you need a clean place to stay near the university or hospital or maybe you need hostel type stay. They allow late check in, just mention your needs at booking. Noise does travel a bit but was quiet for sleeping purposes when we stayed. Nice, helpful people at booking and at desk. Desk manned 24 hours. Vintage key system and the building is an older type. Buzzer in after hours. Again, if you have unexpected hospital situation and have to be nearby, would suggest this as a safe, basic place to stay. Noteworthy details: Suite 107 has a fully accessible shower enclosure. You could wheel someone in, no awkward glass door. Had dishwasher in kitchenette. Rooms vary by facilities and vintage. This is not a hi tech stay, but has TV you could access your Netflix from.
