I cannot say enough good things about this company!! To start, Curtis came out for the consultation and went above and beyond my expectations. He actually provided print out information and price breakdown so I knew I wasn't getting scammed (especially as a woman seeking services in the trades industry). He fully explained in a manner that made complete sense while targeting my barriers. He was very professional, kind, and easy to reach. I appreciated that he came out with the installers to facilitate the process and ensure we started smoothly. He even came out afterwards to ensure everything met my standards and that I could run the equipment properly. As for the installation team, they were just as great. They took down barriers and/or furniture but ensured to put everything back the way it was initially. They even helped me to remove my curtains because I didn't have the right tools. They taught me everything I needed to know about the product and how to use, which was very appreciated. Honestly, I could give 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. As a bonus, other companies quoted me $3000-8000 more which was never provided in paper documentation. You're getting AMAZING service for the best price in town!!!
