I purchased a stihl leaf blower 1 and a half years ago and have been very happy with it. However this spring it stopped working and I returned it to the Haliburton dealer where I had purchased the unit. The customer service was extremely poor. The service desk employee was dismissive and rude. I will not return to this store for future business. Although I have been the only person to have used the leaf blower the employee in an accusatory fashion claimed I had forgotten to add oil to the gas. Therefore the warranty is invalid. This I know is not true. I am sending this review to ensure no one else is treated with the contempt and disrespect I experienced at this dealership.

Stihl have always been a great brand name that represents exceptional products. Ive purchased a number of Stihl tools over the years. After dealing with an online order that was completely mishandled on their end, I will sadly never purchase another product from this company again. The industrial supplier located in London Ontario is a shamefully mismanaged operation that needs greater over site and accountability. If you care about customer service as much as a quality product or service, dont engage with Stihls online store in Canada.

Hi My dealer Stihl from Gatineau can not get the repair parts for high pressure washer Ship parts to dealer so they would be able to fix it and I will get it back ready to use Waiting way to long!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to let you know how disgusted I am with your company. I spent over $600 on a brand new MS271 chainsaw from Lindsay cycle in May 2021. This chainsaw refused to start from me the first time I tried. I followed your instruction manual exactly as described for your startup procedure. I was sold a completely Dead On Arrival chainsaw, and your company has shrugged me off right from the beginning. You stated I ran the chainsaw with the brake on (which I did not). How would that be possible if I only got it to start for a few seconds at a time? I haven't had time to pursue this, but I intend on contacting the BBB and posting my reviews to alert as many people as i can to your total disregard to your customers.You do not stand by your product, and could care less about customer service. The chainsaw had a warranty, you did not even offer to repair the chainsaw, let alone replace something that was purchased bran new and never ran properly. It would be nice if you had the decency to call me and offer solutions to your defects, as my junk chainsaw still sits at Lindsay cycle. Stay FAR away from this company and there products, especially if you have any issues whatsoever, they will ignore you and blame there manufacturing defects on the customer. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY
