        Ask your company/ union to not use this provider. They are arduous by design. Customer service - terrible ; you will never get the same claims rep and they do not take the time to look into the claim, its like they only have 2 minutes to deal with your claim then they shut it down.

        Place electronic claims and they are supposed to be processed in a couple days. Not these pieces of work, all the claims I have placed have taken over 2 weeks them half the time there is an issue with it and have to resubmit. Worst ever, definitely not as good as Sunlife insurance.

        Always have a problem and pay less than required amount with some reason or the other for my claim. Never had this issue with other companies I read the policy and coverage very well and understand it however the adjusters have loop holes. This is the way insurance companies used to run in the past scamming people however they have changed now. Get with the times RWAM !
