        Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with regards to any customer service business. Policy was changed without permission or request on multiple occasions when discussing a new policy, agent was only available by email for about an hour a day and provided one sentence replies to extensive questions, and when I asked for quotes for my newly acquired vehicle, was told that they had reviewed other quotes and that my current policy is 'competitive'. Hands down, worst experience, ever.
