I recently did insurance for my painting business, I had the pleasure of working with Ihab. I never really write reviews but he made this experience so painless and fast, he was always talking things through with me and found me the best rate. Great experience will be working with Ihab on my future endeavours.

when I substituted my vehicle for a newly purchased vehicle, I did expect a higher insurance payment, but I was told that my next payment would remain the same as the old payment, and the new payments would commence next month. the payment had bounced and I couldn't understand why as I had $100 more than the payment due, I called back and was told that they tried to take a payment that was $200 more than the original payment, and did not tell me that they would be attempting the new payment for the new vehicle. I am now dealing with NSF fees and a late payment on my record due to their negligence and laziness. I'll be calling real brokers next week to find an insurance company that can do their job.
