        During 7 years, I had no problems, until I needed to pay monthly. I switched to an insurance company that allowed that, and didn't renew my policy here. They renewed it for me, because i didn't formally cancel after my policy expired, added an extra charge for not paying up front, and then threatened to put a non payment on my record. I then needed to sign a cancelation form, and provide proof of my new insurance. I did that. Now they want all my new policy paperwork. They're trying very hard to cause me a future hardship by putting a failure to pay on my record WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE IN ALMOST 40 YEARS OF DRIVING. Extremely disappointed
