Not only did Stephanie call me several times after my major car accident to see how I was doing, but how she went the extra miles to make me understand and guide me with all my crazy questions. With everything else I have had to deal with after my accident, Stephanie has made the insurance part of all the things happening to me less stressful. I've never had to do anything like this before, and yes it's very overwhelming but to know I can call and have the time to help understand everything is beyond anything I ever expected.
