I bank with TD, I financed my Car with TD, and now I do insurance with TD. They have excellent everything. I love this bank.

It all depends on your claim adjuster. In my last claim I was very happy, I had an excellent gentleman who was following my claim to the small details.

Worst insurance experience I ever had, got into an accident which was not my fault. I personally got them collision report to make the process go faster. After talking to multiple agents over months because they take vacation all the time and told me after 4 months that other party did not had valid insurance, I personally had to contact other party insurance to find out that they had proper policy at time of accident. It took them 6 MONTHS to fix it. They just give wrong information all the time to mess things up with customers just to hang up the call. Billing issues is another problem, even if you pay your premium in advance they'll take money from your account (which happens to be more than monthly premium) and they have no justification for it. BEWARE of these scammers. If you have insurance with them KEEP an eye on your bank account! They'll take money out from you no matter what. No matter who you talk to an agent, supervisor, TD care or whoever it is they'll all give you wrong information. Only positive thing about TD insurance is that they'll tell you "Sorry for the inconveniences" and they are good at apologizing not solving issues
