        Good people, helpful and effective. Told them I'd like to compare insurance costs as my monthly premiums felt too high. They got various offers in short order. Now have same coverage at lower price

        Literally impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Took MANY days (I believe it was actually more than two weeks) to reach the agent we have been dealing with, not to mention messages left at the office in an attempt to reach someone else upon our emails going unanswered. We are ready to walk away and find a new broker for home and auto. Find somewhere that is actually accessible and effective or youll be in limbo with HUB down to the absolute last second.
