Im a long term client with Co-Operators. Recently I had a bad accident where my car was considered a write off. It took less than 2 weeks for me to acquire my settlement and get another car. Their claims department set everything up quickly and step by step at what I needed to do. Jennifers office did the necessary paperwork and sent what was needed to dealership and my policy quickly to me. I have nothing but praise for this company who made an extremely difficult situation go quickly and smoothly. Thank you to all departments involved.

I have had and still continue to have all my insurance products through the Trevors' office. Ever since I put my first car on the road over 20 years ago, their service to this day has been amazing. Jennifer and her staff are amazing to work with. I have developed a wonderful relationship with office throughout the years. They are always quick to help and get things taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. Can't image dealing anywhere else! 5 star insurance office in my opinion. Thanks Jenn, Sue and Staff!

They are always helpful but I wished they would let you know they are transferring you to another individual when you call the office. I called and explained what I needed. Hold on, they said. The phone call was redirected to another person who asked what did I want. Tips/suggestion Phone ring Caller: I would like to insure a new vehicle. Office: Do you have an account with us? Caller: Yes, I just want to remove my old vehicle and add the new one. Office: Hold on. Phone rings somewhere else. The other agent: Hi, how can I help you? Lol You guys just wasted my time by explaining to the first person. Something as simple as, I understand you changed vehicle and would like insure it, would show me there is good communication in the office and that I'm not repeating the same thing. Time is gold let's not wasted!
