Thanks to all reviewers! Your reviews saved me from going with this company. My heart cries out after reading all these reviews! Why have they not been investigated or sued for how they have treated all their customers? I don't get how are they still in business with such terrible reviews. I can really feel the pain of the customers after reading every one of the 42 reviews on Google. It is appalling to see that they didn't respond to all negative reviews. I can't believe this is happening in Canada. There needs to be more accountability and transparency on these insurance companies. The real review of an insurance company is about how they deal with the claims. I have very good idea about it after reading these thorough reviews. Thanks guys and hope you have all moved on to better companies We all deserve better.

Economical Insurance was a terrible 5 years experience. Yearly increases of over $300-500 dollars on a 1000 square ft home. Auto insurance coverage was horrific expensive. Three people over $8,000.00 with no accident or no conviction. Terrible terrible company

Absolutely worst insurance we've ever had to deal with!! If I could give them a ZERO star I would.. all these 5 star ratings are complete lies! STAY AWAY!!! Edit to add... called and all week... no answer no reply to anything.. they say to email and still no one reaches out.

Been trying to get in touch with my claims adjuster for almost 2 MONTHS! Never calls back. EVER! Can't leave a message because his message system is always full. Yet they make no mistake to take their payment on time each and every month. Something really needs to be done with these B.S. Insurance companies. Absolute rip offs.
