Sergio and his team were fantastic. The reason I hired Sergio is because we had a mold problem and he was the first one that gave me a quote saying lets figure out where the problem is coming from, where other companies wanted to place a Band-Aid on the issue. They gutted and renovated my home from top to bottom. They ran into a lot of unexpected issues while renovating this old home but Sergio never veered from the quote he had given. He gave me several ideas of what to do to make the house more modern. Sergio and his team worked within a short deadline all day, into the late evening and weekends and we were able to get back in the house in a timely manner. Sergio came back and finished touch ups and the basement. Sergio was honest and very easy to deal with and I look forward to working with him again for the outside of the house. Sergio and his crew at Sesmaval were recommended to us by a friend. From start to finish our experience was fantastic. They did almost a whole home reno (flooring, stairs, paint, lighting, new kitchen, wall down, and much more), and remained both on time and on budget. Sergio offered many great suggestions on finishes etc., and everything turned out great. His team were extremely friendly and professional. We couldnt be happier with the results. It feels like we have a new house without the cost or stress of moving. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sesmaval to anyone for their reno needs.
