A Toast to Resilience and Customer Service Writing this updated review, I find myself experiencing a complete change of heart about Ivy Ristorante. After having experienced a mix-up that led to my earlier review, I can now confidently assert that Ivy Ristorante is indeed the epitome of resilience and exceptional customer service. I planned to host a wedding luncheon for a group of 15 on May 19. A slight miscommunication about the setup time led to an inconvenience that had me seriously reconsidering my choice. However, it's amazing how one incident doesn't define an establishment. In this case, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make up for the mishap. Our event's manager, Suzy, was incredibly professional and empathetic, ensuring that the hiccup didn't impact our experience on the big day. She was attentive and accommodating, reaffirming why Ivy Ristorante had been our initial choice. Moreover, our server, Tracy, was a delight. Her dedication to her service was outstanding, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a smooth, enjoyable luncheon. And, needless to say, the food was exceptional, just as I had remembered from previous visits. The steak, in particular, was amazing. Despite the initial coordination setback, the team's ability to take immediate corrective action speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's safe to say that Ivy Ristorante's culinary skills are complemented by their impeccable customer service and an impressive ability to coordinate seamlessly, even under unexpected circumstances. While the initial disappointment was unfortunate (message continuity between various managers could be better), Ivy Ristorantes subsequent commitment to delivering a memorable pre-wedding luncheon was commendable. Their resilience, and their staff's commitment to going the extra mile, have not only made me reconsider my initial feelings but have left me highly recommending Ivy Ristorante for any and all important events. It is indeed a testament to their dedication towards their customers and the experiences they curate. The pasta was extremely salty. The dining experience was also not very good or attentive. Since the pasta was so salty, I needed water refills and it felt like a really long wait, especially since it wasn't even too busy when I went. Other dishes ordered were okay, but nothing amazing. I wanted to try this restaurant for awhile, but this first experience definitely was not a very good impression.

Parking: Not enough parking and if you miss out, you have to park nearly a block away. Dietary restrictions: They talk with you a lot to understand your dietary restrictions (allergies) and then the kitchen screws up.
