Haymach Canada - Foodservice Supplies & Restaurant Equipment Auction

I have never seen a company like haymach. I have no idea how they survive, super unprofessional and dishonest. There is a lady who name is Kelly who is not capable of doing anything and I am not even talking about the owner. I would say they are kind of a scam. My only recomendation would be staying away from them so you wouldnt have any headache. Some of the equipment from the auction wasn't working properly and it came damaged. They shipped to wrong address, we paid extra so they would give us a call, they didnt even do that, the second one it took 3 months them to ship it, it is almost impossible to reach them out, they kept saying they are busy, I guess they are the only people who is doing business.

We have dealt with Haymach in the past when purchasing our new equipment for our Cafe/Donut shop. Dave is a very straight forward, honest person who was amazing to deal with. We have also bought some equipment through online auctions with no issues. By looking at some of the negative reviews, all I can say is do your do diligence. It's used equipment. We just had our main mixer go down and Dave had a new 60 quart in our shop within 4 days. I'm sure the planets were in line for that to happen, but he made it happen all the same. Can't thank him enough. Highly recommend using Haymach.

Very enjoyable business to buy from. Owners and staff are knowledgable and will only sell you what you need. Ive saved money buy in the auctions too!

We have been in the food equipment resale market for close to 2 decades, resale market in general for close to 3 decades - and in that time Haymach is one of the most accommodating, professional companies we have dealt with. The staff is friendly, Kevin is terrific. I can't speak for the times (other reviews) that customers or sellers have experienced issues with these guys but it is hard to imagine any of these scenarios not being able to play out differently if the customers had perhaps been realistic with expectations, communicated better, gave opportunity for resolution, gone and previewed items prior to purchase, simply done their due diligence. No one is perfect, but customers are tough, especially auction buyers for some reason. You can buy from Haymach and have them sell for you with confidence, dealing with challenging buyers is something that you can avoid by having them sell for you! Keep up the great work Kevin and team, your wonderful customer service and professionalism is very much appreciated. Thank you - Kevin & our crew (Ontario Traders)

Avoid this company at all costs. Almost every person that I know that has dealt with them, including myself, had been ripped off by their misleading item listings. Dont be mislead by the replies on these reviews. If you confront them about their shady business practises they will literally just ignore your responses instead of fixing the problem like most honest businesses would. This has happened to many people I know that have dealt with them.
