        Extremely disappointed in the accountability of this business. Mike said he would be coming yesterday afternoon and we anticipated for him all afternoon, but he did not show. If he was busy or something came up, it would have been courteous to at least give a quick call and let me know he could not come. I guess he is either very disorganized or does not value commitments - both of which reflect poorly on this business. Edit: Mike left a voicemail apologizing for his error. It still leaves a sour taste in my mouth to use the business but I appreciate him reaching out and explaining.
