Takes your money and does not finish the work doesn't return your calls or emails he just disappeared. I would give him -10 if I could. Beware Simcoe and area this is were he last was living and working.

synergy landscape ,stay away from this company. Matt Duncan is the individual that we dealt with he is dishonest does not complete his work and the workmanship is very substandard . He doesnt show up he started our deck three summers ago and we had to hire someone else. He makes excuses about everything and takes your money quickly but doesnt complete his work. He constantly changes his email and telephone number. I dont know if his location has changed but he was on Huron street in London Ontario. Please be aware of this company and individual.

Do you live in the London area? Are you looking for an excellent and reliable snow removal company? Synergy is NOT for you!! Absolutely, the worst Customer Care, I have ever witnessed. This company does not adhere to its contractual obligations. This company was contracted by the property management of our condo, not once since the snow began to fall have they been out to clear the snow from our properties. All common areas are a mess, sidewalks unusable and all residents (who pay condo fees, for their service) are now responsible for clearing the snow from personal driveways. Our visitor parking is atrocious, and was left inaccessible throughout the Christmas and New Years holidays. In my personal opinion, you need to steer clear of this company, find a company that will endeavour to meet their contracted services.
