I used Johnstone Property Maintenance for the second time this week and was again amazed by their professional approach and the quality of their work. The first time I booked with them was for spring lawn maintenance. They responded right away to my request for information, Lucas and his crew arrived as scheduled, did the job quickly & efficiently and even adjusted the quoted price (down) when they realized I live on a corner lot with no access to the back yard. It wasn't something I was expecting & I was really happy with the honesty shown by Lucas in adjusting the price since the request was smaller than expected. My second experience with Johnstone Property Maintenance was for trimming of trees on our property. These trees are 70+ years old, near power lines, hang over the house, shed & fence and much too large for a simple pruning. Alex and his team were punctual, came with the correct equipment for the job and worked with me to ensure all the branches I wanted down were removed. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard & took away all debris. Together we formulated a plan to continue branch removal in the fall. This work was quoted on a price per hour that I believe was excellent value for the price. Great responsiveness to requests, quality work, great pricing and fabulous employees. I will contiune to use Johnstone Property Maintenance for future projects. Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Yard work
