If I could give them 0 stars I would. A month ago I had ordered a package and it had ended up being delivered by them, however my package never ended up at my door. When I call customer support they did not help and basically told me they delivered it and I blind because it was at my door. It was not, and so they sent me a conformation delivery picture at "MY DOOR".....it was NOT even my door. I had to go through my entire apartment building to find it because of the incompetence of the service. The customer support said they would ask the driver to try and remember where the package was placed and would call be back in 24 hours to let me know an update. It's been over a month and no one has called. I contacted the business where I ordered and expressed how they should change shipping companies and I recommend if your a business using them to do the same. NOT IMPRESSED
