Working with Klaud to purchase our house was a great experience. He was professional, prompt, organized on responsive to our requests. His skill and experience were evident as he guided us through the process under covid restrictions, arranging viewings, providing tons of information about each property (as well as the neighborhood) and responding promptly and comprehensively to all questions. He was a great sounding board and kept us focused along the way. Overall it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He definitely reduced the stress and uncertainty of buying property.
