I am SO thankful to Karla for all of her knowledge and experience that helped me manage symptoms while pregnant, prep for birth, and return to exercise postpartum symptom free. I also would 10/10 recommend her postpartum strength class to anyone, she is so welcoming and meets everyone where theyre at :)

I happily recommend Karla and HerSport Physio to all of my friends! She has been such a big part of my postpartum journey back to strength, fitness, and sport. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and welcoming. I participated in 3 sessions of her postpartum strength class and will absolutely return after my next baby.

Karla is amazing at what she does. She listens to all of your concerns and can share in them with personal experiences which just make you feel less alone in postpartum and trying to get back into sport. The group physio classes are so effective and Karla is a baby whisperer when you need some extra help with your little during the workout.

If you are pregnant or postpartum you definitely need to go see Karla! She is so knowledgeable and helpful, she is kind and caring and makes you feel so comfortable. She is truly one of a kind!
