Thank you, Aquafit Physiotherapy Clinic, for your encouragement, education and guidance with managing my chronic pain. The treatment plan developed specific to my health conditions involved regular visits with a Physiotherapist, time spent working in the therapeutic pool, as well as working in the gym with close guidance and gradual progression. Working with this clinic has allowed me to return to a lot of my regular daily activities with decreased pain and greater confidence.

I have an old knee injury that was causing me a lot of discomfort, and the advice I received from Jonathon was amazing. He gave me exercises that I understood, and that were easy to do. The results were immediate. My hip has relaxed and I feel like I can get a handle on my knee now:)

Aquafit is the best post surgery rehabilitation clinic in London! The staff are extremely friendly, clinic is clean, and most importantly the physiotherapist and kinesiologist are extremely educated and experienced. They create therapy plans based on a patients individual needs and the therapy they provide actually works. There is nowhere else in London I would go for all my physio needs.

You will not be sorry if you go to Aquafit! I had a frozen shoulder due to a bad break. If it werent for this team of highly caring and professional people I wouldnt be doing as well as I am today. They know what theyre doing and I received the best care. Traditional physio was not working for me. The swimming pool exercises along with working in the gym with strengthening exercises made all the difference in my recovery! I highly recommend Aquafit!
