I came to Skye Health about a year ago due to a shoulder injury that I had been living with for years. I met with Stjepan and he was extremely easy to talk to and full of knowledge. He was able to break down exactly what was happening and give me simple exercises to do at home. At the beginning I was barely able to put my arm up behind my back, now I can do sets of pull ups with the support of a rubber band and so much more. I never thought that my shoulder would go back to the way it was. I regret not going sooner. Thanks Stjepan

I have been working with Stjepan for months and I have seen a large improvement in my strength and mobility. I went from having a large movement dysfunction to being able to get back to activities without as much tightness. I have been able to race triathlons at the same pace with less training because of my change of strength and mobility. Stjepan has been great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been fortunate to have had Kubet as my physiotherapist for over ten years. I regularly participate in group Pilates. When individual treatment is required, a thorough and careful assessment is made. Kubet prescribes appropriate exercises to do at home. The number of exercises are reasonable, not overwhelming, which encourages daily practice. Kubet has capably and kindly addressed my issues relating to back and knee arthritis. Without her care over the years, I know that I would not be leading the physically active lifestyle that I do. Recently, I have come to realize the benefit of massage for dealing with arthritic issues. Skye Health also provides this treatment and therapist Deb is outstanding. Many thanks to Skye Health for the advice and care I have received over the years.
