I would like to commend Luke Cruichshank, MCis, MPT, BSc. It was our first time to come to Shyft, the Physiotherapy Group. My father is the patient, he is 88 years old and had never used a Physical Therapist. Of course, he was anxious and was nervous about going. When we called to make an appointment. and immediately Liz gave us an appointment. With the private insurance GreenShield, we were immediately attended for an appointment. As for the Therapist, we can't thank you enough for the attention and patience you gave my father during his evaluation. Luke took the time to listen and evaluate my father's leg pain. He gave him exercises to work on at home and then my father will come once a week to continue his therapy. Thank you again Shyft for a wonderful therapist, we highly recommend getting an appointment with Luke Cruichshank, is highly educated and truly knowledgeable of his specialty. If you have a chance to get an appointment with Luke, ask for him, you will not be disappointed!
