I saw Emily Quinn for an initial assessment of some pelvic issues I experienced this past week. I have never had this issue before, and with my worrying tendencies, she put me at ease. The booking was smooth and timely. Online questionnaires and text reminders allowed all the paperwork to be done and reviewed beforehand, making it an easy transition. The staff were professional and friendly. I really appreciated the culture of creating a safe space. Emily was an excellent listener and communicator. She created a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere. She was knowledgeable and respected my own research and thoughts. She was collaborative and open with her treatment plan. I would definitely return here!

Cant recommend Vitality Pelvic Physio enough! I saw Sophia for the last several months and am truly amazed by how much she helped me. I genuinely looked forward to my appointments with Sophia as she is very personable, knowledgeable, and created a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable.

Sophia was the missing piece in my recovery journey. I had been suffering for about 4 months prior to connecting with Sophia (virtually at first) and working with regular appointments to heal my body.
