I originally came to this location back around 2018-2019 while living in London while pursing post-secondary education. When dealing with an issue with my wheel nuts, they ended up having to be replaced, and were replaced with wheel nuts that required a key. True be hold I was never given the key. This has become very problematic seeing as I no longer live in London. In addition, when switching my tires it seems they returned me with the wrong wheel nuts, so currently I have a set of wheel nuts that require a key that I dont have and another set that dont fit. Really seems like they are trying to make It where I can only bring my car in to their shop. When I contacted the store they were unwilling to help and told me I was wasting their time. Not impressed and would not recommend.
